Madplanet.com Inc. is a software consulting company focusing on open-source business software. Even thought that our main focus is on Java(tm) and J2EE(tm) based software products we also use and support other type of open-source software like the operating system Linux(tm), Apache Web Server and more. Currently we are using the following open-source software by ourselves:

Open-source software is not only distributed for free many of them are mature comparable to highly priced commercial software. Most of the time the only obstacle for a successful implementation is a good and effective integration and Madplanet.com Inc. can help you intergrate these software components for an effective, cheap but stable and robust software solution.

Since January 2007 we are offering JBoss / J2EE consulting services to our customers. We think our rates are competitive and because we are a small company can be easily adjusted to our customers needs.

Andreas Schaefer, co-founder, was working as core developer for JBoss and later an architect and project lead of SeeBeyond's own application server for the ICAN 5.0 suite.He was also a project administrator for the open source project XDoclet and the news aggregator: jPodder.
