Time Warner Cable Saga: 2nd Part
As you may have noticed our website was down because our Internet connection was dead. This seems to be a reoccurring event and it is getting more and more difficult to resolve the issue because TWC service is so busy that we had to wait 4 days until the issue was resolved. But when the service man showed up the issue was resolved in minutes. What happened was that we have regular TV service by TWC but our Internet service was by the TWC business devision. Now when we cancelled our TV service one or two weeks ago they probably checked if we have internet service and because we did not hav keep on reading here
