No, We are Not Dead
After dealing with Time Warner Cable for nearly 5 days we are finally back online again. It was a long and stressful undertaking to fix that and I am still pissed by the service of Time Warner Cable. But from what I heard from colleagues and friends I am not alone. Since I moved here into the US nearly 7 years ago I never saw such a bad planned and even worse executed transfer of customers after a merger. The entire experience went much better when I finally got in touch with the customer service for the business division but still I took them more than 2 1/2 days to finally resolve the iss keep on reading here

Backyard Remodel # 2: Still not finished
Our backyard remodeling is still a project in progress and we are still waiting for it to complete. At least the last big part was completed last Saturday when the concrete walkway around the house was finished.
