I don't like Gas Cooktops

On another note yesterday night we were finally able to eat dinner at home. My wife managed to get most of the kitchen stuff out of the boxes in the appropriate drawers so that we could start cooking pasta with a porcini tomato sauce. The only problem was that heating up the water in the pasta pan took forever. I do not understand how people could love to cook with gas. Most of the people I talked about this would say that they love how fast the gas heats up but that is only true, in my opinion, for the handle of the pan. May LA JUG Meeting: Subversion

Tonight is this month's LA JUG meeting with Subversion as its topic.I just recently started to use Subversion and after some tinkering around I could finally make it work including using TortoiseSVN. The biggest problem was how to connect from a client to the SVN server without exposing the server and without using Apache web server. SVN uses a somewhat strange URL to address the server.
